Patient Perspectives On Health And Cancer Screening

“We caught it early.” These four words can be a source of hope when it comes to cancer. The earlier it’s caught, the better the odds. New technologies catch cancer earlier, yet doctors and patients struggle with when and how to screen for cancer. The COVID-19 pandemic has also disrupted care and changed people’s preferences around cancer screening.

Understanding people’s attitudes and approaches to managing their health is key to introducing effective cancer screening tests and helping providers discuss options with their patients.

This study will explore attitudes and behaviors related to cancer screening. Participants will answer surveys to help doctors and diagnostic researchers improve their approach to early cancer detection. Anyone can participate, you don't have to have cancer or even be screened for cancer.

Please note: Navio is not a healthcare provider. Participants will not be screened for cancer as a part of the study. They will just be answering questions and getting information about cancer screening that can be discussed with their doctor.
