AV Store

Supporting both Web and mobile environments, AV Store is a full-featured store publishing platform that is fully customizable to reflect the content owner’s brand – including logos, layout, icons, fonts, colors, and interactive features.

AV Store has powerful ecommerce capabilities including an intuitive shopping cart experience, secure wallet and digital locker for storing rights and receipts to purchased content.

Web Storefronts

With AV Store, publishers can create custom-branded storefronts, which dynamically update as the inventory in the product catalog changes. AV Store supports a variety of web storefronts—from web stores containing thousands of music titles to individual artist fan sites or a single page PIN-based redemption site.

Flexible Merchandising

AV Store’s intuitive interface lets you merchandise products the way you want—by the ring tone, by the track, by the album or by the bundle. With Navio’s rights-based technology, you can promote bundles of digital products in your store like a multi-media “Artist Fan Pack,” with a ring tone, music download, mobile game and music video.

AV Viewer

The AV Viewer, integrated into all web storefronts, is an easy-to-use interface that acts as a wallet and shopping cart, providing access to digital rights and receipts for any transaction in users’ AV Home across all connected devices. Users can view their entire digital collection regardless of where they purchased their content.

Shopping Cart

An intuitive user interface guides users through the purchase process in several easy steps. Users can either register to purchase items or can do “accountless” checkouts for rapid, anonymous shopping.

Digital Wallet

Encrypted with SSL, the digital wallet securely stores a user’s payment options, so they always know what they have to spend. Payment options include carrier billing, digital cash, credit cards, custom currencies, loyalty points, and credits via retail pre-paid PIN cards.

Mobile Storefronts

Using the same, single product catalog that powers your web storefront, AV Store mobile storefronts are simple to create and easy to use.

Fully customizable like any web store, mobile storefronts let you feature hot titles or segment titles, alphabetically or by genre, and display individual title information screens for more detail.

Like their web counterparts, Navio’s mobile storefronts commerce capabilities include all payment options stored in the user’s AV Home. All the users’ credit cards, custom currencies and loyalty points in their digital wallet can be used for WAP payments. Additionally, carrier billing options can be integrated with WAP storefronts built with AV Store.

There are many benefits to using custom currency instead of credit cards or carrier billing including:

• Encourage customer loyalty
• Create brand awareness through your own custom currency (e.g. Acme Dollars) and create as many as desired, in any denomination
• Encourage multiple purchases and higher upfront spending with value priced custom currency packs. For example, $5 gets you $6.50 in custom currency. $10 gets you $15 in custom currency.
• Enable redemption from retail PINs (for example, placed in DVD packages), or earned through loyalty programs
• Power retail-to-web (or WAP) programs—users can convert from a retail POS PIN code on hard goods (DVD, handset packaging, etc.) to a fixed amount of custom currency available in their online account, to drive purchases
• Custom currency “top-ups” of a user’s account balance can be used as the reward for loyalty programs, or viral distribution programs

Digital Fulfillment

Once consumers have purchased content, they can initiate the download process through the AV Viewer on the web, or via the WAP store or text link delivered to the mobile device. Because each consumer has a digital home that contains all their digital assets, re-delivery is easy if the download process is interrupted or if the user decides to download later.
